Step 1: Select "Tools/Accounts..." from the Outlook Express main menu on the top of the window. This will open the "Internet Accounts" window.
Step 2: Click the "Add" button on the right-hand side of the "Internet Accounts" window, then select the "Mail..." option from the popup menu.
Step 3: Type your name into the "Display name:" field, then click the "Next" button.
Step 4: Type your full email address into the "E-mail address:" field as follows: "username@cbcast.com", replacing "username" with the username for your E-mail address. Then click the "Next" button to continue.
Step 5: Make sure the incoming mail type selected is "POP3". Type "isp.cbcast.com" into the "Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server:" field. Then type "mail.cbcast.com" into the "Outgoing e-mail server (SMTP) name:" field. Be sure that the check box next to "Outgoing server requires authentication" is selected and click the "Next" button to continue.
Step 6: Type your full e-mail address into the "Account Name:" field. Then type your email password into the "Password:" field. Leave the box labeled "Remember password" checked and click the "Next" button to continue.
Step 7: Click the "Finish" button, then return to "Tools/Accounts..." from the main menu on the top of the window.

Step 8: Highlight the "isp.cbcast.com" account from the list in the "Internet Accounts" window, found on either the "All" or "Mail" tabs in the window.
Step 9: Click the "Properties" button from the right-hand side of the "Internet Accounts" window. This will open the "isp.cbcast.com Properties" window.
Step 10: Switch to the "Servers" tab, found at the top of the "isp.cbcast.com Properties" window.
Step 11: Select the check box next to "My server requires authentication", then click the "Ok" button.
Step 12: You may now close the "Internet Accounts" window and begin to use the Outlook Express email client for your cbcast.com email account.
You can now use the Outlook Express e-mail client to send and receive e-mail from your cbcast.com e-mail account. For help using the Outlook Express e-mail client you may refer to the Outlook Express help by pressing the "F1" key at any time while using the Outlook Express Mail e-mail client.
