Microsoft Outlook Setup:
Click on the Tools menu and select E-mail Accounts...
Select View or change existing e-mail accounts and click the Next button...
Select your account (usually isp.cbcast.com) and click the Change button.
Type your full email address in the User Name box and click the More Settings button.
Open the Outgoing Server tab and tick the checkbox next to My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
Click OK on the Internet E-mail Settings window. Click Next at the E-mail Accounts window and then click Finish. The changes are complete.
